NASCAR Cup Series in Atlanta: line-ups of starting teams and TV schedule for Sunday’s race

Michael McDowell is on the pole for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Quaker State 400 race in Atlanta.

McDowell won the pole position with a lap of 179.261 mph. His fifth pole position tied him with Kyle Larson for the season record.

The NASCAR playoffs begin Sunday with the first race of the round of 16. If a playoff driver wins Sundya, he will advance to the next round.
